Inspired by the traditional Puglia atmosphere, with magnificent tromp l'oeil portraying the Itria valley, with two rooms for about 25 people and a room for 50 guests in the lower floor. During summer it is also possible to stay outside.
The kitchen proposes traditional dishes of the South of italy. Many different kind of homemade pasta, among which there are tonnarelli, fettuccine, bucatini, fusilli, gnocchetti and many more.
you can taste the "burrata", buffalo-milk mozzarella cheese, "panelle", "pizzelle", homemade orecchiette with broccoli rabe, maccheroni pasta with tomato sauce, eggplant and ricotta cheese, vermicelli with fish eggs and cherry tomatoes and homemade desserts.
