From the original recipes it is possible to taste the original dishes of the Tuscan Tradition, in the respect of the freshness and the in season of the vegetables, that are supplied by the local farmers. Queen of the specialities is the Bistecca alla Fiorentina, or the Crespelle alla Fiorentina, as well as the Ribollita.
