The Restaurant is located into Gaddi Arrighetti Palace, a hystorical structure built in XVIII Sec. by one of the most important Florentine families, and it is one of the most beautiful and evocative of Florence.
In the same building there is also Boscolo Astoria Hotel, in which the restaurant is placed.
Its beautiful rooms, the courtyard garden and the panoramic terrace, from which is possible to join a 360° view of the city and some of its most distinguishing monuments, make the atmosphere sophisticated and, at the same time, appropriate for every need.
The Gaddi's, in 1938 and '39, hosted in this palace John Milton during one of his Florentine vacation. It is said that the courtyard, called "Gaddi's Paradise", was the one which inspired his most famous work, the "Paradise Lost".
